The Surveyed Design Pack is ideal if you want clear, professional design direction supported by an on-site measurement survey, before committing to your renovation.
 
We'll carry out a site visit to take measurements for design and layout purposes only. These measurements are used to inform the overall design concept and spatial planning, helping ensure the proposed layout is proportionate, well considered, and visually accurate.
 
Using this information, we create a fully considered bathroom design that demonstrates how your space can look and function, supported by realistic 3D visuals to help you confidently visualise layouts, finishes, and key features prior to ordering any products.
 
Alongside the visuals, you’ll receive a curated shopping list of recommended products and finishes aligned with the design intent. All product suitability, dimensions, and installation requirements must be checked and confirmed by your appointed installer prior to purchase.
 
This pack provides professional design clarity and guidance, while allowing flexibility for your installer to verify all technical and site-specific details.

Each design package applies to one (1) bathroom only.
Multiple bathrooms require one package per bathroom.
Site visits and design work are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Design Revisions & Minor Tweaks:
This design package includes up to three full rounds of revisions, each submitted as a single consolidated list of changes. 
 
In addition, minor design tweaks are included free of charge. 
(Minor tweaks include small adjustments such as finish changes, swapping a single tile option, or providing an additional static view.)
 
Requests that involve multiple changes, layout alterations, or revisions to the agreed brief will be treated as a full revision round. 
 
Further revision rounds beyond those included will be charged at £79 per round.
