The Full Design & Specification Pack is our most comprehensive service, created for homeowners who want maximum design clarity and a clear framework for installation - before works begin on site.
 
We carry out a site visit to take measurements for design and specification purposes, forming the basis of a fully developed bathroom design. Using this information, I produce detailed 3D visuals alongside clear layout and specification drawings that communicate design intent, spatial planning, and product positioning.
 
This pack includes design-led drawings covering plumbing layouts, electrical positioning, tiling plans, and product placement. These drawings are intended to clearly convey the proposed design to installers, helping reduce uncertainty, questions, and misinterpretation during the build phase.
 
You’ll also receive a comprehensive shopping list aligned with the final design, making it easier to source products consistently and in line with the approved scheme.
 
All drawings, measurements, and specifications are provided for guidance and coordination only. Final verification of site conditions, dimensions, compatibility, and installation requirements remains the responsibility of the appointed installer prior to ordering and installation.

Each design package applies to one (1) bathroom only.
Multiple bathrooms require one package per bathroom.
Site visits and design work are confirmed only once payment has been received.

Design Revisions & Minor Tweaks:
This design package includes up to three full rounds of revisions, each submitted as a single consolidated list of changes. 
 
In addition, minor design tweaks are included free of charge. 
(Minor tweaks include small adjustments such as finish changes, swapping a single tile option, or providing an additional static view.)
 
Requests that involve multiple changes, layout alterations, or revisions to the agreed brief will be treated as a full revision round. 
 
Further revision rounds beyond those included will be charged at £79 per round.
